Asian Transport Observatory Contributes to ESCAP Expert Group Meeting on Land Transport Connectivity
The Asian Transport Observatory (ATO) contributed to the Expert Group Meeting on Prospective Areas of Work in Land Transport Connectivity, convened by the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Bangkok on 24–25 November 2025. The meeting brought together member States and regional partners to reflect on emerging priorities for land transport connectivity in Asia and the Pacific, including corridor development, policy coordination, and the use of evidence to support decision-making.
ATO delivered a presentation highlighting how its regional knowledge base helps bridge persistent gaps between transport infrastructure, connectivity outcomes, and policy action.
